2001 Annual Report


Life Scout James Valadez, 14, participates in a flag ceremony. Valadez, a high school freshman, serves as troop guide for Troop 5 in the Capitol Area Council in Austin, Texas. Currently completing the requirements for the rank of Eagle Scout, Valadez demonstrates leadership and values through his outstanding academic performance as well as his athletic accomplishments as one of his high school's best cross-country runners.
